The College Inn is a historic, family-owned, boutique hotel in the heart of Seattle. We are located in the vibrant University District, adjacent to the campus of the University of Washington.
The College Inn underwent a significant remodel in 2024. With that, all guest rooms have been beautifully renovated, and half of the rooms now include a new private ensuite bathroom.
The College Inn provides guests with a comfortable and affordable stay. It is close to Seattle attractions, and only 5-minutes from the University District light rail station. We are also just a short walk to the University of Washington, University of Washington Medical Center, The Neptune Theater, and more.
